Took my family out for a quick bite. The wife and I were so disappointed with our service and food.I ordered the 15 piece boneless wings (5 lemon pepper, 5 medium, and 5mango habanero) it seemed like my food was sitting out for a while because all of my wings were dry. The lemon pepper wings felt like beef jerky, the mango habanero were salty and not spicy at all, and finally, the medium spicy wings were extremely salty.My wife got the Buffalo wrap. The flavor was salty, chicken was dry, and I quote, "extremely gross. "For my youngest daughter, we order her the chicken strips. The chicken looked dry! She only ate one strip.My oldest ordered a hamburger, which was by far the best dish we got.Overall, it was a very disappointing, $60 plus dollar experience.
Servers were ok but not warming at all. We were a big group but food was sent out at completely different times. Food was not tasty. Drinks were not the best .Manager was extremely helpful and kind !
Service staff was untrained or just didn't care. No attention to detail, parts of the order were missing and still on the bill. Cold food inconsistent delivery.I will never go here again, out of all the Buffalo wild wings I've been to, this is by far the worst.
I went there for the first time today. I sat at the bar and the bartender showed me the thing i can scan to place my order. At least half the seats were destroyed and needed to be re-upholstered. I ended up creating an account and to ensure I did it right, I showed it to him on my phone. I guess he thought that I was placing it with him and it created a second order which he seemed annoyed that one had to be removed. There were maybe 50 people inside with most already being served. After 30 minutes I asked where my food was and he (bartender) said it was coming. Both my appetizer and meal came at the same time (at 35 minutes from initial order placement). I asked why I didn't get my appetizer first and he said that's how we do it here. The food was awful. Had it not been room temperature and the fries cold, I know there was potential. The fries were plain cold as if they didn't finish cooking them. I assume they had ketchup as he provided it to the guy next to me. There is a slight expectation that it would be offered to me since i did get fries. The best part of the experience was that there were free refills.
