Icy Bubble - Pearl City

I'm so sad this place has closed! It was such a gem with lots of trinkets and tech. Oh, and of course their teas were great too! The location was perfect, and we have good memories of our very first rolled ice cream and Legos on the wall for everyone to play with.

My hubby just went there today and there place is close and empty?? like are you guys move different place? Or totally close forever?

I love this place so much!!! You could also pick up little trinkets while waiting for you drinks! They're drinks are customizable and delicious. I always order the cloud watermelon which is super refreshing especially on a hot day. My sister is a fan of their nice uncle milk tea without the beans. You can't go wrong with any of their drinks , very flavorful. They have great service! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention they are so quick with completing your order. So happy they also have multiple locations making it convenient.

Yelp needs to have Negative Star Review... Went there last week Saturday night approx 2 hrs prior to closing with the family went to order ice cream rolls for the youngest 4 yrs old but they had run out of cream to make ice cream oh and no small cups...so we all got large cups okay fine oreo smoothie, Lava Flow w/ Boba, Ube w/ Boba no problem. We didnt even grumble about having to wait about 20minutes in the non a/c working small crowded shop that felt about 80 degrees. One of the girls in the back gave us our drinks and the oreo smoothie had boba which was wrong since our 4yr old does not like boba AT ALL!!! I had advised her the drink was made wrong we were clear in our order that the lava flow that missing boba and the oreo smoothie was NOT suppose to have boba. OMG this B said we just make what you ordered up front. She didnt even apologize. I told her well can you fix it it is clearly wrong and she did not want to fix the error that her team member at the register made. Clearly we will NEVER go back and will NEVER advise our family and friends to stay clear of this boba shop the lack of customer service was clearly not acceptable. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the 2 boulders of ice in my blended drink...JUNK SERVICE AND JUNK PRIDE IN PRODUCT!

Went here with high expectations from all the amazing Yelp reviews but left disappointed. I didn't realize I was at the right location due to no signage on the glass doors, had to step out into the parking lot to double check the marque on the wall. The store has so many gadgets and gizmos at affordable prices: tech accessories, stationary, bags, toys, etc. I thought it was a toy store at first haha. The ordering counter is deep inside the store. Menu is extensive with lots of enticing pictures. Ordered the Aloha Taro Milk Tea (which was recommended and a personal favorite), was not asked my preferred sweetness or ice level, then after the transaction I was not given a order number. I waited about five minutes before a tea was put on the counter to which I assumed was mines. Right order so I snatched it and went on my way haha. The drink was yummy. Really milk heavy. Boba was stuck at the bottom. Taro chunks were soft. Drink was not aesthetic in any way and had to mix it well with my straw for everything to blend together. All-in-all I probably wont be back to this location but maybe if I ever do Ill try their rolled ice cream I saw on the menu?
