Tune Up The Manly Salon Pearland

Tesha was fabulous and always it however the lady that checked me in was not very professional and didn’t have any type of personality to be greeting people. I almost left until I saw Tesha in the back of the shop. In other words the customer service I have received from what I believe is management is horrible. This is been continuous and I am thinking of not going back to this location any more.

I have been coming here for 5 years now. I just got my monthly membership set up last month. The staff is great and always on point. The owner ship does not take care of this place. The AC was non existent 2 weeks ago and after today it’s so bad it was 83 degrees inside. It’s miserable as a customer and I’m sure for the staff as well. I have said something the last 2 visits and I recommend anyone that’s coming for the first time to be prepared. The owners need to get this resolved and take care of their establishment. I’m not sure I will be keeping my membership or referring anyone until this is resolved and I can’t see how staff is going to deal with this through the summer.

Been coming here for 4+ years, great group of girls that take care of business. They’re all really good but Victoria is my go to!
