Feedback gevenVery disappointed with this restaurant. My family I have came to this place for years and they always screw up our order. This time, they over cooked the burgers, the meat is tough and dry. A few months back they definitely burnt my burger (I don't evenorder burgers anymore) but my family decided to give it another shot. $9 for a over cooked burger (not including the meal) isnot worth it. There's been MANY times when this restaurant forgot certain items of our order (missing a meal). Last year weordered a party package they forgot to include chicken and brisket for a $300 food order. Yes we did speak to the manager andget the missing items, after 45 minute wait. I swear no more good establishments in Pearland.
I enjoyed this place they have a wide selection to choose from. It is a cafeteria style restaurant and the BBQ Chicken I had was tender and delicious. With my dinner I got to choose 2 sides Mac and cheese and the broccoli salad. The meal normallycomes with Texas sized white bread which I opted not to get. The portions are generous as I took a portion of my half chickenhome along with some of the salad.
Don't go there for breakfast. Just the gas station is open. Although they do have ice tea and some breakfast items. DO NOT get the honey chicken biscuit, it is a large McDonald's processed chicken nugget on a dry biscuit with 2 packs of honey. Taste likeballs. The smoked chicken taco was delicious though.
First visit 2/7/2022. Drive-thru for lunch. Customer service was great, food was lacking. Little to no flavor in the meats. I had jalapeño sausage and sliced brisket with potato salad sweet potato fries. The pink lemonade was really refreshing.
Picked up dinner on Thursday at the 288/South Fwy location. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, we checked to see if we had all of the food, we did and left. When we arrived home, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dark, hard, and crunchy.Burgers were overcooked and on the wrong bun, onions were not grilled, one burger had excessive amounts of mayo. We called thenight manager, took him a bit to come on the line, he requested that we send him pictures of the food. We did. He asked if wecould come back before 9 pm to bring the food back. We explained we were 20 minutes away and couldn 't make it before 9 pm. Hesaid he 'd share the picks with the general manager who would call us the next morning. GM says sorry, you should have brought itback last night. We explained they would be closed before we could make it back that night. GM said we should have checked thefood before we left the restaurant. He offered no apology and was rude and condescending. Message well received! If you 're notprepared to do his mgmt. team 's job for them and ensure his staff properly prepares your food. (Now I 'm quality control) or maketwo trips to his slow food drive thru, Keep driving!! 2nd time this has happened. I 'm done thanks
