Food is good, but I stopped going because it wasn't consistent. They barely had sauce on the meatball. Or it often ran out of Dr. Pepper and the same with the BBQ chips.

Good food, but short staff. You have the drive-thru type and the manager runs both drive thru, front registers and sandwiches. You need help.

Just one episode... they haven't. Lol. I haven't visited this firehouse in the past long after it first opened, and several times thereafter. Last week I decided to eat there again since I worked in the neighborhood. I gave this place a 5-star rating before. After the last week, I had to change that. The service was a little slow. The dining room was dirty. The beverage machine was made of almost every taste and what was available was flat. It was also made of ice. Their solution was an ice-cream cup sitting on the floor with a cup so customers could dig their ice cream. The unsweetened tea was weak, and the sweet tea dispenser had run out over the worktop and on the floor.(no wet floor sign) Your solution only puts a white towel under the leak. My lower part was good. The cashier didn't ask for a round. I asked, but she still didn't. I filled out the survey on the website, the receipt offered, all this in detail and asked for the contact. No one else met me. Hopefully, everything will be corrected.

No issues with sandwich it was great. Had also ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings soup id score that a zero. All i got was broth and carrots no chicken no dumplings and it wasn't even hot and tasted salty. Employees give off vibe that they don't even want to be there. Was not greeted or anything by any employees. After looking at menu the person who was at register was just staring at me.
