Jack In The Box - Pearland

I ordered egg rolls with sauce, but I received no sauce at all. I also ordered mini pancakes, but they only gave me six cold, stale pancakes without syrup. Overall, the food was disappointing: 1/5.

We were initially hesitant to visit this restaurant due to the reviews, but we ended up having a wonderful experience. The woman who worked the drive-thru was very polite, even though she was clearly busy. It took about three minutes from placing our order to receiving our food. Everything was accurate and absolutely delicious. My children's meal was also correct, and the fries were hot. We visited on a Sunday at 6:15 PM.

This is the slowest Jack in the Box I've ever been to—there was never a line when I visited. They didn't clean the shake machine before making each shake, which is just unacceptable. We'll definitely be giving this place a pass in the future.

Nahomi was very sweet and took care of my order. My shake and my food were fresh. Anyway, it's coming back. Food: 5/5

Tacos or freshly made the curly fries could have had a few more big fries in there than small pieces
