Feedback gevenI could eat a JM sub every day, I love them! I have one about 3 times a week. Sometimes I also get the Giant, and that's 3 meals for me. Rating: 5/5 for food.
This restaurant can be inconsistent, especially during busy hours. There seems to be a high turnover rate or constant movement in staff, as every time you learn an employee's name, they are replaced by someone new. I have stopped visiting this location after experiencing the same issues on multiple occasions. The hiring process doesn't seem to be effective, as simple requests like no mustard, only dijon, are often misunderstood. Even when corrected, the staff may not make the necessary adjustments. I have also had issues with incorrect orders, such as receiving pepperoni on my sub despite requesting otherwise. While the General Manager seems to care and tries to rectify mistakes, the frequent errors from new staff members make it difficult to continue patronizing this restaurant. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere due to the lack of organization and consistency in service, despite the fact that the food itself is good. It's a gamble to visit this restaurant, as the service can be lacking.
Wow, $20 for a foot long sandwich is outrageous. It's too expensive to feed a whole family. I can go to Walmart and get a foot long for $6.50 and add tomatoes myself. The restaurant does have good service and a clean environment, but I won't be returning due to the high prices.
Your personal needs more training. All of them are very nice people. But again more training.Food: 5/5
The service we received was above and beyond for a sandwich shop. They actually put care into preparing our food and didn’t just slap it together. The price is a little high but worth it. They have a extremely clean restaurant and seem to take pride in their job.
