Little Caesars Pizza - Pearland

I ordered online at 18:31 and waited until my order was promised (6:51-6:56pm), went in and had to go again! Twelve people stood inside and no employees were on the opposite side who supported customers. The pick-up portal was not in use at all! When I was waiting, I gave my order number and was told it was a little. While waiting in the lobby, three commands were wrong, no one (including managers) came out to fix the situation and the service. Since I observed the persistent lack of concern for customers, I was extremely frustrated and considered leaving the branch as a whole. I called the company's customer service line, but they were closed. At 7:22, my name was called. From the time of order 6:31 pm, until the time of actual pick-up 7:21 pm was 50 minutes. I will NOT order more from this place!! I would advise anyone to expect a quick trip to get a pizza or food at this point to another little caesar where they receive decent customer service and wait less time for their promised order. I will contact customer service once they open and share an update. My wish is that management will review its standards and provide a proper customer service. Thanks for reading.

This place must be completely switched off. Not even twice, but three times I waited for 45 minutes after it was said that it would only wait 15 minutes. I literally went next door to the wing stop after the order and got my food and came back and it was not ready yet. I read the comments and obviously nothing is done, no answer to any of our complaints, why is that? Please boycott this place stop going here the amount of time they would waste would simply be better to go to dominos or pizza hat at least there will be fresh ingredients and you will wait the actual time they give you. Not to mention the pizzas I ordered was raw, not even cooked all the way!

Super fast and efficient pickup. You get what you pay for here pizza tastes a bit of Bland (super thick dough id very recommend to buy additional sauce). Brownies are not made in the shop and in my opinion were too wet (cookie dough brownie). However, this location is good and the prices are great.

Extremely slow, waited for the car while my husband was just hot n ready pizza and they took forever. The employee seems to text and talk on the back. No wonder they never have pizza ready. This is the second time that I come and it takes a very long time to get just a pepperoni pizza.

Placed an online order for advance pickup and it was ready on time. Prices are way cheaper than dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns but I think it lacks some flavor. It's still good pizza though with a lot of cheese. They also have a feature where you place an order and come pick it up from the machine (posted in pictures) I didn't use it this trip but sounds very convenient so might try it in the future.
