Pokeworks - Pearland

This restaurant is amazing. I visited on a Sunday morning when the staff were cleaning, but they still took the time to assist me, as it was my first visit. A friendly girl helped me navigate the menu and allowed me to taste some of the dishes and sauces. They even gave me a complimentary spam musubi when I was hesitant to try it. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I recently visited the Pearland Parkway Pokeworks restaurant and the staff is very professional! I made a mistake ordering on the app and called to ask if they could fix it. I ordered the spicy crunchy surimi bowl with extra spicy salmon. I love the fact that Pokeworks will torch your protein for no extra charge! The associate Julian replaced my kale noodles as requested with spring mix and replaced it with a side of seaweed. When I was checking out, I was asked if I wanted a salad that was made by accident. It was supposed to be my order and the associate said they wouldn’t eat it. Kind gestures like this makes me happy and love ordering their food even more!! Thanks so much for the delicious bowl and making my day!

The poke is very good.most of the time my order is correct. We order online a lot. Sometimes they will forget my sauce on the side but 85% time it’s done right. Biggest complaint is it’s freezing in the store. I either take to go or eat really quick.

Today was my first time visiting Pokeworks and I had no idea how any of it worked. A really sweet girl named Brittany helped me and I hardly had to ask any questions because she explained how the process worked clearly and with a smile. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and I will definitely be coming back. I got a bowl with the ahi tuna with a rice base and I don’t remember the name of the sauce but it was delicious. 5/5 experience

I visited this restaurant earlier today, as it is one of my favorites. I witnessed a customer causing some trouble for the staff behind the counter, apparently due to an issue with their chicken. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to order the chicken myself as I have never had any problems with it in the past, and it was delicious. The employees appeared to be under a lot of pressure due to the crowded environment, but they maintained their composure and even tasted the chicken themselves to ensure it was safe. This particular pokeworks location is top-notch and the staff provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone who has not tried it yet!
