Way to hot in Houston so seeing a near by smoothie king was heaven! Just the cool off I needed!. This location has a drive through as well. Very good service. Smoothie was ready in about 6 mins.

This location is A1. The staff was quick and helpful with the service and app. Even when the scan was not available in the front bit the drive through was. And before I was check out my drink was ready. Let's not talk about my drink. When I tell you it was BUSNBUSN it was. This location know the meaning of outstanding Custermer Service.Not sure of all the staff names but this group work along with Ashton and Mali on 6/3/2022 4:32p.???????????????????

It takes nine employees ten minutes too late and makes two smoothies.

Bad location and slowest service. If you will pay a premium price for smoothies, you would hope for decent service, but they are so slow and it is unacceptable. Today I placed an order and waited 22 minutes for 12 minutes after the pick-up time. There was a customer in the pick-up line yes, but literally one. And nobody else in business. The other night, the same thing happened, but they said they never received my order and then held me for my order info as I lie to them. I mean, I need to ask you about the order myself, but you need to know my name if I have the store right what time I ordered, order, etc. The cherry was upstairs when I waited 10 minutes to do everything. Ridiculous and definitely the owner to lose money and customers. I'm not coming back soon.
