Feedback gevenSmall, beautiful and clean location, I waited for like a minute to get my smoothie, but there was also no one in front of me, and my smoothie was amazing. This location is in a crowded area, but so easy to be aware that.
The manager at the restaurant was quite rude and unprofessional. When I ordered my smoothie, she reprimanded one of her employees in front of my 5-year-old child. They really need to improve their conduct, as this should be a family-friendly establishment.

I have no complaints about how the smoothies taste, and I've been a loyal customer of Smoothie King for years. However, the customer service at this particular location is truly disappointing. I had to wait for quite a while to pick up an online order, despite being clearly visible. Instead of offering assistance, a team member simply told me, "Don’t just stand there." What they should have done is asked me, "How can we help you?" I understand that they may be busy, but it takes less than 10 seconds to ask that simple question. The staff at this location seem to lack a basic understanding of good customer service.
We love Smoothie King, especially my daughter who runs cross country. The smoothies are not only delicious but she can add protein to her drink which helps in her post work out recovery. The variety of drinks and flavors offered is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
