Feedback gevenWe got popcorn chicken, it was more fried flour thank chicken. Got maybe 3 or 4 popcorn chicken out out the whole order. The chili cheese hotdogs was the skimpiest one we have seen on a regular bun. It had a big amount of winner sticking out on both sides. I won't be back. The person who took our order was friendly. That was not an issue.
I really try to not leave negative reviews, but this Sonic location in particular made me a little sad. I always order through the app, so service gets a 3, because the person who brought our order out was very nice, but I didn't have any other contact with anyone. The person who brought our food, thank you for your kind words. I would give you a personal 5 stars. It was a little disappointing sitting for 20 minutes for a small order. I ordered a large fry, a large tot, and a large chili cheese fry. The fries and tots were hot, but only the chili and cheese was hot while the fries were a tiny bit warm. The chili cheese fries gave me a very upset stomach afterwards. Let it be known that I eat 2 other Sonic locations frequently near me, at least once every other week in Rosenberg/Richmond. I always eat chili cheese coneys, sometimes as many as 2 on the days where I get it (one for lunch and one for dinner) and not be bothered, but just a few bites here was rough. I don't even like Arby's, but maybe I'll consider going to the one next door if the next time I go here doesn't redeem itself for my standards.
I haven't had a correct order from this Sonic in about 6 years. Double check your order before you pull away.
I haven’t been to sonic in some years and I can see why I stop going. Customer Service sucks. I went to get a banana shake for my mom and had trouble understanding the young lady taking my order. As I was ordering things that had a discounted price I see on screen no discounts. I explained this to the lady and she said “oh it will be on your receipt “ when I received my order it was not on the receipt. The manager took a while just to come out and only refunded my money. Didn’t really apologize for not only wasting my time waiting on them to get it right but never expressed that either the girl who took my order was just new and in training or just anything even after I explained what went wrong even before it went wrong. That alone frustrated me then when finally get home one of the shakes i ordered was not correct, but this time I was completely over Sonic. Their drinks are not that good to keep coming to get bad service.
We ordered sonic blasts and we’re missing most of the blast!!
