Feedback gevenI had the worst experience at this restaurant. They always mess up my order and don't pay attention when I ask for my food to be made spicy. I also requested almond milk due to my lactose intolerance, but they consistently use regular milk, which leaves me in pain for days. The staff really needs to improve their listening and reading skills. I do not recommend this place at all.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. When I went in to place my order, I had to wait 10 minutes before asking for my drink because my name hadn't been called. The front girl had to go back and ask the barista, who rudely replied that I could wait because there were many online orders before mine. It seems to me that the baristas should prioritize in-person orders so that customers don't have to wait 20 minutes for their drinks while online orders take priority. The barista also spoke rudely about other customers. I would not recommend this place.
Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining the point system to me. I don't usually dine here, but I've been twice this week and he was consistently friendly and welcoming both times.
I'm an adult who orders her hot chocolate at child temperature. I don't feel judged? they made my drink exactly the way I asked and it was delicious.
I ordered a decaf caramel macchiato with oat milk at a Kroger Starbucks on shadowbriar and was given a black coffee with a splash of cream. I didn't realize this until I was already on the way home and I came to this location and Anthony at the counter remade it for me perfectly and I was so grateful for the service I got here at this location. Thank you!
