Wingstop - Pearland

The only thing I truly enjoyed were the wings. I find myself eating here too often because it's conveniently located near my job, and the food is always delicious. The staff is very friendly and efficient, always serving quickly even when I don’t pre-order.

The worst management ever. They forgot half of our order and then they have the Audacity to say, "If you want us to give you your order, come back," as if they had given us to start. Nobody tries to drive TWICE for wings. Then the manager says “ahí ya regreso ese”. She's so uneducated and disrespectful. And GIVE FEEDBACK TO CORPORATE.

I think this location should either stop adjusting online ordering for things like extra fry seasoning or give customers what they want. Please choose one so that I do not constantly deal with the disappointment that will lead me to the patronage of other locations.

I have come to this Wingstop since 2020. As soon as I got food poisoning and after that I stopped getting her wings and would only eat her fries. Recently I tried the chicken sandwich, but every time I or someone I am with orders, they always forget a product. The one who did it was the last time with my important other. We now live 20 minutes from this location and at the time was in the area. We ordered and when we came to pick up, they said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich. When they said it was ready to give us the bag... no chicken sandwich. So let's call and they say they'll honor it. So fast forward to today, I call to redeem, it took a little second, but they found it. What did it really, they told me they gave them 15 minutes (I called it in) I hadn't even left my house yet and I went to Kroger to give extra time. I'm here and they gave my sandwich to another customer. So I had to wait again until the sandwich was finished and a free drink was given for compensation? At this point it should have been a whole meal, because now you have not even grounded, but twice. Sure to say we won't come back to this place. Only good is the rage there today I think he was one.

The chicken sandwich honestly isn’t worth it, the meat is super thin on it. Wait time was pretty long as well. Store was very clean and the staff were pleasant.
