Feedback gevenWe had a great experience! the restaurant is located in the very hip, contemporary hotel porta valdera and has a modern, somewhat economical decor and we were not sure what we expect first. we were absolutely thrilled. the courts combined creativity, mastery techniques and first rate ingredients. they expect to pull the menu over a modern QR code, but then with the choices and more important, the execution. a first cure papardelle was possibly the most tasteful I ever tasted. an appetizer of a souffle, like a barave of asparagus and pecorino, resting on a Carbonara cream, was simply spicy and the main thing so hard to choose. I have braided the guanciale slowly and rich with the full taste of the body of one of the local red only melt in your mouth delicious! at the end was what the whole experience was bound together, an excellent service. my italian didn't fit to such an innovative menu, so our server warm, intelligent and super appealing, handy guided us with recommendations and explanations, so we had a great experience dipped up to the last cantucci in vin santo! we recommend them!
