Got there right after it opened, chips were cold and I believe that they were left overs from the previous day. I was very disappointed in the $50 new your prime steak I would say about 35% of the steak was fat, the steak had zero flavor. the service is horrible I waited for 45 minutes for my food. The waitresses hardly speak any English The only good thing about this place is they do a military discount I would recommend going somewhere else for a steak in Pecos if you want flavor.
