We just visited this bakery and unfortunately, there were no vegan options available.

Located just two blocks from the town square, Panaderia is situated next to Brisas Restaurant. The menu offers a variety of freshly baked goods and sandwiches. The ambience is bright with a clean and cool interior, complete with café tables and a welcoming bakery display featuring standout cinnamon rolls. Daily baked breads include multigrain, rosemary, whole grain, and sourdough, along with an assortment of baguette sandwiches, rolls, and local produce. The service is speedy and attentive, and it is evident that the baked goods are made with love and expertise. Panaderia is an excellent option for brunch, a coffee break, or lunch.

It is the only bakery I know in the city where they can get fresh bread and coffee. all very tasty. not open on Monday and Tuesday.
