Ambient Facilities : Hotel Strategis yang terletak ditengah kota. Tersedia Infinity pool, Gym, Bar area. Services : All staff is friendly except the receptionist (I can't hear the friendly vibes like other staff) please improve the service. Also some of staff around the restaurant, its would be better if they didn't glance too many at customer whenever customer wanna eat more cause is all you can eat dish. Food : All good. But i dont like the anykind of bread cake taste, i bet is not their specialty cause the texture isn't pluffy like usual bread or cake. For the omelets i think you should had SOP for it cause whenever the female chef make the omelets became small rather than the male chef. For the rest food is good Charge : Untuk harga per-kamar sendiri standar hotel di Pekanbaru. Parkir sangat luas. Jika membawa kendaraan sendiri untuk staycation, jangan lupa melaporkan kepada resepsionis karena jika tidak akan dikenakan charge per-jam (seperti di mall).

Nice hotel with strategic location n easy access. So n so breakfast; breakfast n staff should be ready at 6 am. Some internship staffs n technicians on duty were not using mask while the rule of pandemic was still there.

Really good hotel. Good staff, central location, great rooms, food was very nice. Definitely stay again.

I book room use my friend name Yudha Prakoso stay for 2 night check in on 26-28 September, before check in I was double check and came to hotel for some requirements, because my friend birthday. 1. Staff name of yuli was Funtastic, she assistant about all ittenirary. 2. The hotel has pick shuttle service to the airport. 3. They can make cake on requested 4. Request to simple decor and greet by welcome card are present, even though i ask for printed and design by me. 5. Easy access, good food, breakfast was good, pool so neat, steam room, whirlpool, and shower was good. Bar man at 7 floor was friendly, keep talking even busy. Parking area and accesable. Just room need more attention to clean up, quite dusty
