Arby's - Pekin

I noticed the staff cleaning while customers were present, which was great to see! The interior was tidy and well-maintained. I placed my order and absolutely loved the Orange Cream Shake!

I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderfully intelligent and beautiful woman at the restaurant, and speaking with her was a breath of fresh air. I tend to be a bit difficult at times, but she managed to understand my needs perfectly and delivered everything flawlessly. In the future, I’ll miss her at her current job, but Arby's should definitely hold on to her and pay her generously! She's a true gem!

As always, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that they ran out of the white cheddar mac and cheese, but I guess that happens when something is that good!

The food was good. No conditions were offered. Staff claimed that they were using a new system, so my order had to be repeated many times and I could hear the employees who fled to and from the loudspeaker (I think they did not know they were still on speaker).

I really do love the food here especially the jamocha shakes oh my God they're so good! A little on the pricey side but this place is great.
