Steak 'n Shake - Pekin

The manager is rude and extremely disrespectful; I won't be returning.

If you want to experience Steak n Shake as it's meant to be, you need to visit the restaurant in Pekin. They are incredibly fast and consistently meet my picky tastes—I've placed over 100 orders here and everything is almost perfect every time! They always serve fresh shakes, delicious steakburgers, and friendly smiles. This is the only Steak n Shake location where I truly feel the spirit of the brand, especially when it comes to their hot fries. Skip all the other drive-thrus in the city and enjoy some Steak n Shake today!

This is a 24 hours restaurant, so is cut a little black. they have already massified the order, but always corrected the error and made it right. the restaurant is clean, and the staff, other than the overnight, are friendly.

I was here today and ordered a Frisco court that they put a whole lot of sauce on it. I called them and asked if they could give me credit, and the manager was very rude and said they didn't do that I had to put my sandwich and they would give me another. they will never get my business again

Polite and fast. We had a mistake where I had 2 orders and a buddy with me had 1. They put it all in one bag and gave it to me without saying anything. We waited another 5 mins and they then mentioned it was all in one bag.
