Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pelham

Sitting in a drive thru for an hour??!! Where do they allow that? Where is the owner to understand that is unacceptable?! If you are that understaffed, close your doors. It does not take that long to cook chicken. This is an embarrassment for the city of Pelham.

Me and my husband stops at this Popeyes in Pelham Alabama around lunch time thinking we are surely to get some hot chicken. Boy was we wrong the chicken was cold and the biscuits was hard. I asked the young lady that served us do you have any hot chicken because ours was cold. She did everything but take her time to get my order. The three guys in the back was on their phones as if Popeyes was paying them for leisure time. I snuck a picture of one of them in back. I was so applaud of the nonchalant attitude that the crew had that I won't ever patronize at this location again.

EDIT: ANY 5 STAR REVIEW YOU SEE HERE IS OBVIOUSLY A FRIEND OF ONE OF THE CRAPPY EMPLOYEES!THIS PLACE SUCKS! CRAPPY FOOD, AND EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE AND IGNORANT. NOT SURE THEY CAN EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH! EVERY VISIT, WHICH SHOULD BE MY LAST IS TERRIBLE! HOW IN GODS NAME IS THIS CRAPHOLE STILL OPEN? AFTER TONIGHTS DOORDASH EXPERIENCE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RATHOLE! OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED, BUT THE SERVICE EXPLAINS HOW THE OWNER RUNS A BUSINESS . PURE GARBAGE!!!

I know that I haven't eaten popeye's for a while.... And after eating their chicken I have missed the thing... It was so greasy. I can't believe that the chicken actually stayed in the chicken coating without floating out of it. The beans and rice tasted like something that came out of a chemical warfare.

There is a light skin supervisor in the Popeyes. He’s a terrible guy on his class level. The way he handles your food. I’m surprised they haven’t got sued yet.
