Huddle House - Pell City

The load was very clean and the service was great. misty was our server and did great work.

We had a group of 11 people and arrived after 6 o'clock. We were greeted right away by Misty, our server. She was amazing! Even though she was new to the job (only 4 days), she handled our large group with skill. Our orders were a mix of dishes and they all came out correctly and promptly. The two chefs were fantastic on the grill, cooking everything perfectly. The service was excellent - comfortable, attentive, and friendly. It was a great meal with top-notch service. Special shoutout to Tammy and Harry for getting the food out smoothly!

This morning, my wife and I had breakfast at Huddle House. I wanted to share our experience with others. Our waitress, April, was amazing. She anticipated our needs without us having to ask. April made sure we had everything we needed, regularly refilled our drinks, and ensured our food was cooked to our liking. I wanted to express our gratitude to April for providing excellent service.

Our server was Heather and she was absolutely amazing. There are very few people who can keep up with my partner's drinking habits, but she was there every time his coffee was below halfway and always refilled his water. Our food was delicious and I always order a hashbrown and crumb topping, instead of just one or the other like other places. Heather got all of our orders right and even brought us the necessary condiments. I will never go anywhere else and will always request her section.

Heather Norman was our waitress. She works at the Pell City location. Hands down best ever. My wife and I wanted for nothing. Everything was correct the first time. Didn’t have to wait long either food was hot and ready. Thank you Heather Norman for being such an awesome waitress!!!!!!! If you are gonna stop into the Pell City location ask for her sure!!!!!!!
