Zaxby's - Pell City

My entire family loves Zaxby's! The food is always excellent! If I had one piece of constructive criticism, it would be that I wish drinks were included with all meals. For our family of five, it can get quite pricey when we have to add drinks separately.

Wonderful employees and managers. The food was great and the atmosphere was even better.

When I arrived, an employee was at the door and kindly held it open for me. I appreciated this gesture of respect. The food was served promptly and in good order. I requested a different type of bread, lightly toasted, and it turned out perfectly! The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Although it wasn't overly crowded, there was a steady flow of customers. I plan on returning soon.

I ordered catering for my accommodation team, but the app malfunctioned and my order didn’t go through. However, the manager still prepared my order. Lindy, Lisa, and I believe there was another person named Brian—everyone provided excellent service. The food was fantastic, and everyone loved it. Thank you!
