Hotel is fully third class and in the price which we paid we nothing and service is 0 and manager of this hotel is dumb and nonsense don't know about the guest service and cleanliness just know cheap tactics to charge the money and the location of hotel is bad you will not get the view of Mt. Kanchenjunga even Lodge are good against them and there is no option for -5 ratings I will give that one manager is totally pathetic and room service are not available and all staffs of hotel are unprofessional and they are crooks they don't know how to speak and interact with women's I will suggest guy's it's unsafe and pathetic in all terms you can go any other in same area you will get better services..... The experience of this hotel was as bad as it can get. The overall upkeep of the building was not good. The breakfast that was served to us consisted of bare uncooked stale bread, but the worst part was that the manager was indifferent to our complaints. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Location is very bad, you can view Mt. Kanchenjunga from every hotel except this. Hotel doesn't offer the view of the mountain. Also, basic amenities were lacking and the staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. Worst experience ever. Rooms: Hygiene was improper. Most of the electricity plugs were not working, and they refused to change our rooms inspite of request. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
