Fish And Rice, Sushi And Beyond.

I recently dined at Fish and Rice for the first time and I will definitely be back. The restaurant offers the freshest fish and unique, creative dishes that have won me over. My favorite dish was the vibrant ceviche featuring a variety of raw fish coated in a refreshing citrus sauce. Another standout was the delicious Crispy Salmon Chips served in a beautifully presented lotus-shaped fried wonton wrapper. Overall, a truly delightful dining experience.

We visited this hidden gem in Pemberton and were treated to delicious and authentic sushi. We had sushi the previous night in Whistler, which was twice the price and not as fresh.

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent and very affordable! I especially enjoyed the box sushi and the incredibly delicious spicy agedashi tofu.

Wow! what a wonderful sushi spot in pemberton. stopped here before the dinner was closed completely blown away from the quality. had niagiri sushi the dynamit role with a spicy laugh. everything was amazing. I will definitely be back at my next visit to bc.
