Feedback gevenWe were sadly really disappointed with our lunch at Brio. We had reservations for Mother’s Day and unfortunately we were disappointed from the moment we arrived. We arrived 15 mins prior to our 2:30pm reservation and because the restaurant sat walk-ins first we had to wait over 45 mins over our reservation time to be seated. There were multiple parties waiting with us that had 2pm reservations and waited over an hour. When we finally sat down, the drinks took over 15 minutes (non-alcoholic drinks) to be served. We had to ask for bread service and had to ask twice for water and straws because our server forgot. We put our orders in right away and the food took about an hour and a half to finally be served. The food was unfortunately rushed and of poor quality which was not worth the price tag. This restaurant needs proper management and organization because it was not a positive experience.
Don't do ANY reservations for mothers day here.. you will be asked to wait an hour AFTER your scehduled reservation which is the same amount of time a Brimstone WITHOUT a reservation. Brio is a complete joke
I had a 1pm reservation was not seated til 1:35pm my soda and appetizer order was not taken til 1:50pm .appetizer took 40mins to be served then our ontray order was taken and that took another hour to get our oder food finally gets to the table it was cold and all sides were wrong. Management seemed very overwhelmed and wait staff all over the the place will never come back for a mothers day brunch
Came here for Mother’s Day, booked our reservation in advance for a party of 7pax as we were anticipating it would be a crowded day. Arrived 20 mins early and checked in with the hostess who announced that they had double booked reservations and that we had to wait.We waited as the lobby got fuller and fuller until it was absolutely crowded. No one said anything to us, or acknowledged our wait times or updates on what time we would be seated.After 50 minutes of waiting, at 2:30pm sharp as I write this review, we are proceeding to go somewhere else for the incompetency of this restaurant to handle reservations, customer service and crowds.Very disappointed at the fact that we wasted our Mother’s Day lunch time in their lobby, instead of actually having lunch.Would not recommend this place.
Mother's Day dinner went well. Reservations needed so good thing I made one. Waiter was good with taking order and food tasted delicious. Disappeared for a while but realized they had tables outside. Nothing negative to say! Large portions of food, most of family took half home! Great experience over all.
