Burgerfi - Pembroke Pines

Today my family and I have dined here (which was deliciously perfect), but then had to return about an hour later when I realized that I had to miss my ring and tore it in the garbage. When I came back, I asked one of the girls who work (Crystal) if they could pull out the garbage bag for me so I could see it through. Instead, they and Bri went beyond and beyond. They took out the garbage bag and then also gloves, and the three of us went through the full bag together! After we searched the whole thing, we found my ring downstairs. I am alarmed by their customer service and positive, helpful settings. So grateful for Crystal and Bri

Decided to come here a couple of times for the first time after passing. I didn't know what to order, and the cashier Armani might suggest the best burger I've ever eaten. The food came fast and the manager Clovis delivered my food with a friendly smile. The staff was polite and efficient and I am definitely back soon

The ambience and service here is amazing. I love how they treat their guests with integrity. Toyin was very helpful to explain the menu. Come back.

My family and I frequent the Burgerfi franchises, and have gone to them in different cities. We were joking that we don't go anywhere unless they have a Burgerfi. Our experience visiting the Burgerfi in Pembroke Pines was no exception. The customer service from Deana and Gianni was fantastic. I could tell the establishment was being managed very well by Clovis. Highly recommend it to everyone visiting Pembroke Pines.
