Dwikey's Souse House - Pembroke Pines

As a first-time visitor, I made the drive from Deerfield, and it was totally worth it! The food was fantastic; I tried the cracked conch, fish fingers, and shrimp, all of which were delicious. I was a bit disappointed that the souse was sold out, but that didn't take away from the experience. The young lady at the register was also very kind and professional. Highly recommended!

When I say that no one can cook Bahamian food like my future mother-in-law, I truly mean it. But Dwikey's is absolutely amazing! The food is incredibly flavorful, fresh, vibrant, and most importantly, authentic! There are no gimmicks here—just genuine Bahamian cuisine. I had sausage and grits for breakfast, and my fiancé, who is Bahamian and knows what good food is, said his corned beef and grits were fantastic. What I also love about this place is that they serve Goombay Punch, which I can only get when someone comes back from the Bahamas, and it is absolutely delicious! If you’re in the South Florida area, you absolutely must try Dwikey's—it's a culinary delight!

Whenever I have a craving for Bahamian cuisine, I go to Dwikey's on Pembroke Road and the Turnpike. The Cracked Conch is incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. The conch salad is some of the freshest I've ever had, with the perfect amount of spice. They also have the best potato salad and sides. Destiny, who works at the counter, is very professional and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Food was good, but over priced. Especially for the portion. Ordered conch and fries, a pinch of conch and a few shrimp placed on top of fries to make the plate look full. $73.00 for 2 orders and two can goombay punch, is a bit much.
