Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The service was poor. We had to ask for our waitress as she was not readily available and only came to our table to take our order and deliver the check after requested. What I assumed to be the manager was shouting across the restaurant to one of the host while standing just behind our booth at the end. The food was did not have a lot of flavor. I was definitely expecting a better experience and quality for the prices.

I always have a pleasant experience at Firebirds. The only snag on this visit was that the hostess was not at the front when we arrived. We had to wait for her. Other than that, our server was attentive and the baby back ribs were phenomenal. They fell off the bone and the sauce was delicious!

This was our first time at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Pembroke. This restaurant is simply Outstanding in all phases. Our Server was the very best she quickly welcomed us and took our order, no more than ten minutes went by and we had our meals hot and delicious!! This restaurant is well managed and clean and they welcome all of their guests as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is great. Thanks Firebirds for a great meal and totally outstanding service communication. We will be back soon!!

We got there at 8 pm and we had to wait more than 1:30 for the food when the food arrived nothing was the term we requested the salmon came late so we had to wait for it too it toke forever at the end the restaurant was not too full I think when I do UberEats on this place is 2000 time's better very bad experience

We normally really enjoy this place but they were beyond unprepared for Mother's Day. I had a reservation yet a table wasn't ready for us til about 30 min later, we sat at the table for an HOUR before we got any food, including kids meals. Dessert was supposed to be hot and it was cold. The restaurant wasn't even packed lots of empty tables so i assume they were under staffed?? I hope they prepare better for the next holiday. Waiter tried his best I guess he was all over the place with his tables spaced out far.
