Ihop - Pembroke Pines

The service was terrible! I ordered food for takeout, and when I arrived, I was informed that it wasn't ready yet. After waiting for 15 minutes, the young lady finally noticed that my order was just sitting on the counter. Instead of handing it to me, she continued with another task that took an additional 10 minutes. I won’t be returning.

We ordered Sunnyside-up eggs, but they were burnt. My partner requested sirloin tips without any toppings, and they were all out of toppings and mushrooms. When we asked the waitress, she mentioned they had run out of mushrooms by 10 o'clock in the morning.

This restaurant operates as a host kitchen for another restaurant, and the food was terrible. We didn’t order that dish. IHOP is not the same as Super Mega Dilla. Everything about this experience was wrong—poor service and awful food.

Absolutely lousy service. I wait for 20 minutes and no one came before me to welcome me to the restaurant and ask me to sit.

I walked in me and my family and we had to leave because the smell of the dirty carpet was so overwhelming .I honestly don’t know how people can eat in with that smell.
