Jimmy John's - Pembroke Pines

I’ve never been to a Jimmy John's as chaotic as this one. There was a guy at the counter yelling and making a scene, calling out orders in a really loud manner. I've visited other locations and they were always friendly and welcoming, but this place was the complete opposite. I hope this situation improves soon. To be fair, most of the other staff tried their best to stay calm, but one bad employee really impacted the experience. To top it off, my sandwich was completely made wrong.

They love the sandwiches they make when I come to the other end of the theke, eating is already prepared.

I was turned away because they wouldn't accept my $50 bill. It seems like they have a policy against larger denominations.

I had a great time enjoying my complimentary birthday sandwich. I’m always pleased with their food!

This is the best restaurant I ever had the sandwiches are amazing especially the #12 Beach Club. The employees are amazing they are very kind and energetic. They are very friendly and will do whatever they can to help you with all your needs. The environment is very welcoming. The staff is amazing especially the Manager Luis, Assistant Manager Bola. You will have a great experience. Amazing customer service.
