Mezes Greek Taverna - Pembroke Pines

Nice. Bright, clean. Friendly. Pretty busy, but not packed. relatively quiet. Food seems nice (smell-neutral environment). Tableware are quite standard for a regular Greek place, although not really cheap.

My FAVORITE RESTAURANT ever! Greek is my favorite food and I am always looking for the best! Mezes is IT! All of the seafood, creamy hummus/Pita and AMAZING service are the top connections here. My family and I come here at least once a month because how fresh and delicious the food is. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere makes you feel like you? re part of the family.

They have so many different appetizers and dishes that are delicious and fresh here. I love Tatziki and Hummus. The Spanakopita and Calamari are also really good. You really can't go wrong with the food here. The service is always attentive and friendly. The ambience of the restaurant is comforting and has a beautiful decor. They have outdoor seating available. I have ordered them for collection and delivery and the quantity and quality of food is always so good and consistent. The Lamb Chops and the Keftedakia main dishes are some of my favorites. The Baklava and Kourabiedes (butter cookies with almonds) are tasteful and crisp.

This is our second time here and both times food and service were wonderful! Our waiter Tomas was so enthusiastic! I love that, no one wants a guy who looks and sounds like they just rolled out of bed! Lol He seems to enjoy what he does, and he reflects that in his service. Kiss him and the cook! The cheese dish with brandy, hummus and eggplant was all delicious! We'll be safe again many more times.

Food is good. Service was friendly and fast. Cheese saganaki was delicious, eat it quickly before it cools down. Hummus is so good. Had to order it even though you get a side of it with your falafel ? order. Avgolemono soup was good. It was my first time trying it.
