Papa Johns Pizza - Pembroke Pines

It was not a bad experience, but not a great one. The young man on the back was nice, but the cashier wasn't so friendly. The food was good. We asked about the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich because we want to try. It was good though it was practically ciego (blind). Do not know if it was this business, but it could also use more meat and more cheese. Some pieces of meat don't make it a sandwich. We expected a sandwich and what we recite was more like a queen To my understanding and based on Papa John's page promotion and menu 's pictures on their website we were expecting a sandwich and that looks more like a Quesadilla. I've seen on the internet now that she didn't give us the sandwiches she gave us as Papadia. As I said, not the best experience.

Order pizza at 7:44 at 9:00 the pizza never came. I called and they said wait 10 minutes, so I called back 15 minutes later, and the manager blamed my gate complex that she called several times. We didn't have any phone calls, and the gate always lets them through without calling. And Dad never called us. We had to find out the hard way that they completely forgot our order and they blamed us as if it were our fault. If they were honest, I wouldn't be upset, but they're fucking because they're lying about it. Poor customer service

I came to this site in June and saw workers not wearing a mask and was upset and there was 1 star rating. After a small research, I found no evidence or data showing the corona virus is transmitted by food consumption. Fast forward, I was contacted by Papa Johns Management, which offered an apology and ensures that their staff follow all guidelines for food restaurant workers forward. The staff at this point is friendly, respectful and professional and their food is always fresh and hot when picked or delivered. I continue to apply this Papa John's and updated my rating to 5 stars. Thank you. Ron Lumpkin.

I'm a very big Papa-Johns fan, so this is very disappointing that she would leave my pizza with the garlic sauce upstairs a thought with the garlic sauce serial number left on the pizza. Presentation is huge, especially when it comes to food! This has upset me.

Hailey was so sweet when I called to order a pizza. I received a coupon in the mail and was having trouble using it but she was so nice and helped me figure it out and I was able to order my delicious yummy pizza.. Thank you Hailey
