Pizza Hut Express - Pembroke Pines

I haven’t had a pan pizza cooked as perfectly as this since I was a kid in New Jersey! Having just moved to the area, I decided to give the nearby Pizza Hut a try, despite my previous disappointments with others in Florida. I was blown away! The pan pizza was absolutely PERFECT! It brought tears to my eyes because it was that good. I plan to order from here at least once a week now! Plus, the delivery time was impressive; while I expected it in 40-50 minutes, it arrived in just 20! I couldn’t be happier!

I wasted two hours waiting for my delivery. After an hour and a half, I called to check on my order and spent 25 minutes on the line, only for someone to hang up on me. When I arrived at the restaurant, the employee claimed she "tried to call me" because I needed to pay by card for delivery. She was on her phone with earphones in, completely unconcerned. This experience was extremely frustrating. What’s the point of having an online ordering system if the staff doesn’t communicate effectively? Don’t waste people’s time.

Update: I’ve added a picture of what I received at 9:21 – burnt cheese sticks. No wonder it took them so long; they must have been burning them!

Pizza was nice and hot melted cheese just no sauce at all and to me no sauce kills the entire pizza should be a 1 star

This location cannot seem to get take out orders correct. Ordered light cheese and they made it with extra cheese. Had to wait while they remade it. Tried again on another occasion and they gave thin crust instead of hand tossed. Again had to wait while they remade the order. Will not order from this location again
