Absolutely the worst customer service ever and sloth paced employees. Don’t acknowledge customers in line when they will be a moment and are super unorganized and messy. Place is disgusting behind the counter and the employee who I assume is the “manager” on shift (wears a black hat, glasses and black curly hair) is ignorant and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to wait 25 min in line while the employee stare at you and don’t even say oh we’ll just be one moment we are busy and short staffed. And don’t even greet you when you order just want do you want. Owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of their restaurant! Also this place needs to be hit with a health inspection and a secret shopper and the kid as I described needs to be fired. Head office will be notified of this horrible service and employee representation of “McDonalds”
Very dirty. The tables had garbage and food everywhere and all over the floors. I ordered a Quarter pounder and asked if they could add tomatoes, they said they didn’t have any, ok no worries. I opened my burger and it had no pickles no onions and no sauce. The fries were hard and the chicken nuggets tasted off.
No fast food restaurant is perfect but these guys always do the best they can. Be respectful to those who show up, it's not easy.
Thermal was great, I had a big Mac meal deal with medication fries and a regular fountain coke. However, the employees were bringing their personal issue to the floor and at the counter proceeded to tell every single person that came into the establishment about their situation. It provided entertainment but to the detriment of the employee as she was too busy telling one customer of her plight and got another's order wrong and blamed it on the customer. One thing that should be taught is not to bring your issues to the floor or the counter.
