Costa - Pembrokeshire

The restroom was dirty, many tables still had leftover food or dishes on them, and the floor was scattered with food scraps. It appeared that no one was clearing the tables.

Purchased 2 take away hot chocolates with marshmallows and cream and a toasted sandwich. Got home (5 minute drive) one pain hot chocolate one with cream (imagine the rows) Toasted sandwich was rock hard and inedible.. £13 in the bin

Called in at this Costa when walking back down to town after shopping went in so that there were 3 people waiting to be serviced 15 minutes later still no coffee so I left and went to the Costa on riverside quay in town will never go to this drive thought again note to the manager sort out your staff to severe the customer faster

Saturday evening I decided to walk to this Costa Coffee. Problem #1: Both Google Apple search have the correct postal address but the wrong map location. The correct location is 51.811637, -4.964022 Bethany served me cheerfully and paid attention to my order details. Problem #2: Almost every table had left-over trays and crockery. I chose a table where I could push the old tray aside. In the 20 mins I was at the Costa, 2-3 customers arrived, but very few tables were cleared. Problem #3: I was astonished to see the server 's First Last Name (aka 'Surname ' printed on my ticket. I 'm told full name is Costa standard. This violation of employee security is a workplace Health Safety issue.

The barista was chatty, but the service was unbelievably slow! At one point there were also three staff standing around not helping to speed things along. Plus side was a lovely coffee.... Just took waaaay to long to the point of ridiculousness.
