The Kiosk - Pembrokeshire

I was excited to try the kiosk during my holiday in the area. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The server was not welcoming or friendly. The sandwiches I ordered were supposed to come with coleslaw and a side salad, but when I opened the box, neither was included. Despite being hesitant, I went back inside to explain to the server. He mentioned that they had run out of coleslaw but could provide a side salad. There was no apology or mention of this when I placed my order. I was not satisfied with paying over £16 for just two sandwiches. Due to my anxiety, I did not have the courage to ask for a refund and ended up walking away. The sandwiches were tasty and the bread was fresh, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. I was disappointed as other places we visited had been friendly and provided good customer service.

The service is fast and efficient at this restaurant. They offer great coffee and a good variety of other beverages. There are also a selection of sandwiches and cakes available. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

This is the best place to park to base yourself in Saundersfoot. Excellent toilet etc and this very nice cafe. It was a bit dearer that some place but high quality. Occasionally the queue would build up and we would then just head to the village (less than 5 min walk). Parking cash only but parking attendants can change up notes.

The coffee is decent, but the service is extremely slow. During busy times at the beach, be prepared to wait in line for at least 10-15 minutes.

We stopped here for a cake and coffee after a long walk at Saundersfoot. Staff were lovely and welcoming. It was also dog and family friendly. The cakes were really tasty.
