Flavour Of Ceylon - PENDLE HILL

The quality of the food is good, but waiting times kill the experience as we found out on Mother's Day and other places, even after the order on the day before. bad show and it seems as if no one takes responsibility and management takes customers for granted. I have recommended her to eat for years, but let off by the excessive waiting times. I'm not the only one who gets upset by the waiting times from the kitchen. so many people waste hours waiting for their ordered food. the coworkers of the front are good, but do not seem able to speed up food orders as they are out of their control.

One of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I do not recommend it! we ordered food and did not receive it, although we paid for it. we called and told them, but they totally ignored us!

I was told that this restaurant was run by a chef who worked in top restaurants and that eating is the best. I was so disappointed by the butter huh, I thought it might be out? the cream taste was strong and not on a good wise, it has not at all similar butter huh. the naanbrot was very common and thin the taste was ok. the only saving gnade was pure rice, which had yellow coloration and wobble.

I dream about that black pork curry every night! Seriously delicious stuff! My go to dishes include: 1. Fish cutlets 2. Black pork curry....obviously! 3. Sri Lankan chicken biryani 4. Chicken Kotthu Roti 5. Devilled Potatoes 6. Wattalappan for dessert 7. Egg Hoppers (if you live close by) This place used to be a restaurant in Parramatta, now its only a take away outlet in Pendle Hill. Sydney needs more Sri-Lankan restaurants!!! It's a very unique cuisine and a shame that there aren't more outlets in Sydney to try out.

Lot of srilankan immigrants and visitors and students enjoy having an authentic srilankan cuisine here at a very affordable price. Especially all you can eat lunch buffet is not bad at all. You also get to meet other srilankan people there. Just try it out at least once.
