The children's area is excellent, featuring a wide range of plants and outdoor decorations—you could easily spend an entire day exploring the various spaces! The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and sitting on the balcony under the wisteria while enjoying the view is truly delightful. Both the pizza and Dutch apple cake were outstanding, and the menu offers a good selection of vegetarian options. Although the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed during our visit, they remained attentive and friendly. I deducted one star due to some cutlery and dishes being a bit dirty and scratched. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

A great find courtesy of the book the extra mile. For a place in the middle of nowhere and on a dead end road on arriving it was a welcome change from the stops we have used in the past. Get the impression it 's a locals garden centre and being set out in an Italian style it would be a treasure to have have on your doorstep. Cafe was open on our visit offering a limited covid menu. It had a nice seating area outside with 3 bantam chickens cleaning up any spare crumbs. No four legged friends allowed here I am afraid but due to the layout out and wildlife you can understand why. Not sure how previous people have become lost in the one way system that operates here just follow the paths.

I have some excellent quality tough cedar wood from this company. very well packed and fast delivery with tracking. they have an excellent customer service and I would highly recommend it and will be reclaimed in future

It had been many years since my last visit, but I had a lovely time on a cloudy afternoon in the garden and the children's room, followed by a delicious lunch on the balcony. I visited on a Sunday (also on a Wednesday), so the gardens were open for charity. Although not large, the gardens are quaint and well-designed, seamlessly blending with the beautiful kindergarten setting. I enjoyed a delightful flower soup and a scrumptious pecan fudge tart on the balcony. The staff members were all charming, including a waitress in training (likely a lovely family member), and I was pleased to have brought a thoughtful throw to fully enjoy the larch cottage lunch experience. It was incredible—thank you!

A fantastic variety of beautiful plants awaits you here. The experience is truly unique, thanks to the diverse areas resembling a kindergarten. It's definitely worth a visit!
