Although the restaurant was surprisingly only half full on a Saturday evening, we waited a full hour between being seated and getting our mains, solely because they had takeaway orders stacked up in front of us. That said, the food aloo ticka, malai kofta and beef sagwanna was all so good that we couldn't help leaving happy.
Food traditional, was all very nice. Ordered 3 mains with naan and all were very nice.
My experience in Talking Tables was nothing but excellent. The food was excellent and service to fit. By far the best Indian restaurant in Penrith. I will definitely come back. My advice has the butter chicken you will not be disappointed.
Previously, in 2021, we dined in this restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious and full of taste, but this time we found the food subduing and quite bland that was disappointing. The service is excellent, the staff is really helpful, welcoming and beautiful and the ambience is wonderful. But it was unhappy hot. The air cones were only switched on when we arrived.
Unfortunately, meals were just fine. Service was great, but was nice to offer from the waiter to share our bill without asking the best Indian I had, but we enjoyed our collection all the same.
