Bonfire Pizza - Pensacola

I arrived at the restaurant only to find it closed due to staffing problems. I had traveled several miles out of my way, wasting time and dealing with awful traffic. The listing showed that they were open, but that was not true. I could even place and pay for my order through their system. Now I’ll have to contact my bank to get a refund. What a complete disaster!

I found the service to be quite disappointing. The staff appeared to be more focused on their own conversations than on taking care of the customers. My order was mixed up, and when I brought it to their attention, they responded with a negative attitude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and felt overpriced for what I received!

The pizza here is delicious, and the staff is incredibly welcoming! We always go for the weekend special, and it never fails to impress. I really love this place!

Amazing does not even begin to describe this food. My daughter has a dairy allergy so finding pizza is hard, and find delicious pizza is even tougher. My children gobbled the vegan cheese pizza down. I ordered a veggie pizza and added pesto, beef, and pineapple and my God it was the best pizza ever. We have found our new go to for pizza.

Great pizza we come here regularly. The staff is awesome very friendly.
