Checkers - Pensacola

I attempted to visit these Checkers locations multiple times over the past few weeks, visiting both locations but finding them closed during regular hours. Yesterday, I placed an order online and it went through successfully, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. I contacted customer service and was informed that the location was permanently closed. They assured me that the money would be automatically refunded at midnight, but this did not happen.

The restaurant's website indicated that it was open, but upon arrival, there were no staff present. Without the help of Google, I would have believed the restaurant was deserted. This experience occurred on a Monday afternoon.

Customer service is not what it used to be plus the food is always cold. Never going back as we tried every location in Pensacola

Not sure why it says open online place looks like a ghost town open until 12am but looks deserted at 9pm.

So yesterday my mom bought me food from there for work and I looked inside my cup and found black stuff inside of it and made me sick
