Dunkin' - Pensacola

Whoever owns this franchise I advise you to hire a real manager I used to love this Dunkin’ Donuts but they can’t keep staff and they don’t listen every time I order a latte it’s pure milk with a splash of expresso for color today I thought I try something new because they are not capable of making a real iced latte and order a matcha latte well what do you know pure milk it’s green but as no flavor I ordered beacon avocado toast made sure I told the to toast it because they don’t and I got toasted avocado no beacon it’s honestly ridiculous at this point and I refuse to spend any of my hard earned money on this trash there’s never a manger seems like the manager unlocks the door and leaves all sad because they this is the only coffee shop in our area they could have so much potential Oh yea the lady taking my order was polite but the dirt under her nails made me question who is making food and do the wear gloves

You got to be kidding me. Ordering a iced cappuccino results in a 5 minute wait and the most watered down coffee i have ever tasted in my life.

3rd generation military. Lived all over the United States of America. Dunkin' has always been one of the staples. That being said.....this is the worst donut shop I have ever bee to let alone a Dunkin'. The Employees act like you are bothering them, the donuts are terrible and they give cocoa flavored water and call it Hot Chocolate. smh.

Every since this new crowd had started working at this Dunkin, they get my order wrong. I order a mocha latte and this is the 5th times I've tried giving y'all a chance... And it's just black coffee.... So sorry not sorry. Y'all aren't that great. I'll just make the drive to Navy.??

Avoid this place. Nothing but sorrow in this miserable hell hole.
