Feedback gevenI don't understand why these employees can't smile and be kind to their customers? I think service people need to be remembered without people buying their product they would not have a job. with others, be nice to the people who pay their salary. a friendly smile will make your day better.
I'm not sure why I keep giving this McDonald's a chance, but they consistently disappoint me more than any other food place I've been to. They often forget items or get my order wrong. I once waited 25 minutes for an online order with only 2 items. Only about 1 out of every 4 visits goes smoothly.
The fries were soggy and barely cooked, with no seasoning at all. McDonald's fries used to be the best in the world, but now they are terrible. I ordered hot sauce with my 20 piece McNuggets and didn't receive any at all. It was so frustrating!
This mcdonald’s is super clean and has a very nice eating in the opposite. the food was also freshened. but it took a little long to get out. but it was hot and tasted like mcdonald's taste.
They literally had 8 employees working this shift. We had to tell person taking our order through the intercom about four times what the order was and then when we got to the window we told the person getting our money about four times what our order was. My understanding with that is that this is the same person. The fries were cold and soggy. I don't know why this shift was moving so slow but we were in the Drive-Thru for at least 30 minutes
