Mcdonald's - Pensacola

I did not go inside the restaurant, I went through the drive-thru. I overheard the lady at the window call out for order #1, which was for the car in space #1. I waited in that space with my hazards on to remind them I was waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes just for a small fry with no salt, I called the store from my parking space. I asked the manager if she had forgotten about my order in space #1. She admitted she had and then brought out a kids cheeseburger, small fry with salt, and two strawberry creme pies instead of one. When I asked for my fries, the kid working there brought out a freshly cooked large fry loaded with salt. I only ate a few fries because they were too salty, but a homeless guy enjoyed them. My legs are still swollen from all the salt. I won't be coming back for a while. It was too salty for me. I will miss the strawberry creme pies though.

I stopped by this restaurant and ordered a Happy Meal and a single Hot and Spicy sandwich. I asked for a 6-piece Happy Meal, but only received 4 pieces. The box had only six fries inside, even though I got double fries. Instead of sweet and sour sauce, I was given a packet of mayonnaise. Despite there being only two people in line and no cars in the parking lot, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. The Hot and Spicy sandwich only had lettuce on it. The sweet tea was terrible, and when I asked for a different drink, the window was closed on me.

Well I stopped by there today with my son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago glad I wasn't in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that's the first time in a very long time that I've been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it's hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn't have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem. My wife just had the worst experience here. She got chewed out because she asked for ketchup after the food was handed to her rather than before. The staff was already rude... you need to fix your employees' attitudes. Didn't even get full boxes of fries.

I placed a mobile order, both ladies were super nice and polite. service was fast. i could tell they had their sh*t together lol cause the cars in front of me were gone fast too.
