After 15 minutes, my meal finally arrived, but it still did not have the grilled peppers or mayo as requested. I politely thanked them and started to eat, only to realize that the patty was undercooked. I asked to speak to the manager, who came to our table looking unkempt and unprofessional. He was rude and began to argue with me about the behavior of his kitchen staff. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning to Red Robin in the future.

The restaurant only serves vegan burgers, but they can customize them well. The veggie patty is delicious, and they also offer the Impossible Burger.

I rarely speak negatively about restaurants due to my experience in the food industry, but I had a terrible experience at the Pensacola Red Robin in the Cordova Mall. I ordered the impossible burger without cheese or mayo and with grilled onions, but it was made incorrectly multiple times. The cook even yelled obscenities and threw pans while we were seated next to the kitchen. When my meal finally arrived, it was not what I ordered and the manager was rude and argumentative. I will not be returning to Red Robin after this experience.
