It's clear that the cooks are experienced professionals who have been in the restaurant industry for quite some time. I enjoy watching them prepare orders and see how they efficiently call out the estimated time of arrival for each item to ensure everything is bagged up neatly. I hope the manager recognizes the FANTASTIC team they have here, especially since restaurants are currently struggling to find staff. This place should definitely consider giving their employees a raise or a bonus—something to show appreciation! Timely service is clearly a priority for them, and they take pride in their work. I've never had a problem here when I stop for lunch or a mid afternoon snack. The food can be hit or miss but the staff is always quick and friendly!

I experienced the absolute worst service ever. The staff were just sitting in the window, goofing off, and it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready at 9:00 PM, despite me being the only customer there. Just before we were about to leave, we asked if the sauces were included, and the woman with rotted teeth said, "You're good." Surprise, surprise, when we got home, there was nothing. I'm so tired of trusting businesses that can't even manage to put a piece of chicken in a box with a ketchup packet.

The guy taking the orders was as rude as ever! The poor car hopper was shaking so bad (I felt sorry for her) because the line and stalls were backed up and she was the only one getting food out. We waited 45 mins for 10 hot chili cheese dogs.
