Sonic Drive-in - Pensacola

I really enjoy Sonic's food, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to park, browse the menu, and place my order without having to leave my car.

First Off I want to start by saying the young lady Kirsten working the drive through was so super sweet and professional!! My order was messed up and I went back to get it fixed and she was an absolute sweetheart and very apologetic and corrected myorder immediately. Great customer service!! I truly hope this gets noticed because it is very rare you find an employee withsuch a great persona. Food was hot and delicious as well. Thank you Kirsten!!

The food took an excessively long time to arrive, and it's surprising that when someone orders mozzarella sticks, the staff assumes they don’t need to ask if marinara sauce is wanted. Instead, they just served ranch without inquiring about substitutions. Additionally, about half of the mozzarella sticks in my order were overcooked, leaving me with nothing but empty sticks.

This restaurant demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability for mistakes. The woman taking our order did not accurately record it and then questioned our certainty about what we had requested. The cashier mistakenly handed us someone else's order, while a man whom I believe is the manager incorrectly claimed to provide the last of a sauce we had requested. When he tried to correct our order, he still failed to deliver the right items after we had to repeat our order multiple times and make several trips back and forth to the kitchen.

I've been to this Sonic location a few times and it has always left something to be desired. The customer service is lacking. The microphone for ordering is always malfunctioning so you have to repeat your order three or so times to be heard and then itstill comes out wrong and have to send it back to be corrected.
