Whataburger - Pensacola

Usually I would give this Whataburger a 5* over the board. But this special trip was not even worth a 3*. Line was not long needed to get my food and the Signarure Burger was badly done. And cold, unacceptable. The onion rings were great. Normally everything would be great and the quick food can be you anywhere in the area.

Poor girl on the register was new and could not help with the register. Line was out. Then everything was messed up. Spicy stickers on the regular sandwich. Mustard over the chicken sandwich, isn't it even coming with mustard???? Fritten tasted like cardboard. The floor was dirty. We usually love WB, but that was a hard night.

Hands down this is my favorite Whataburger in Pensacola. Eating always fresh, people are friendly polite and happy. I forgot to order a little pattie for my pups, and it wasn't a problem when I came to the window. You brought it to me. Hands down are they great?

Good food but terrible customer service at the Pensacola Blvd location. 8 people standing around and no one acknowledges the customer. When they finally take your order, no acknowledgement or appreciation for the business. It?s sad they have not been trained and led better.

The worst place ever, I usually go to the in cantonment that is super nice, but decided to give this another shot, 30 minutes in the car thru never my order, just wanted to go away, so rude, I call tomorrow to tell them that this place should be closed, worst customer service ever, will never be back again! if I could give negative stars!
