World Of Whiskey - Pensacola

I haven't visited in a while, so I decided to stop by for lunch. The mushrooms were the largest I've ever encountered! However, they were overly breaded, even though they tasted decent. I found the Rueben sandwich to be packed with thick slices of meat and too much fat for my liking. What was most concerning was the significant amount of food crumbs and dirt under the condiment basket and the little signs on the table. The only positive aspect was the friendly waitress. I'm not sure we'll be returning.

I visited the restaurant mainly for the band, but the experience was disappointing. The bartender appeared uninterested in assisting us and made us wait nearly 15 minutes before even asking if anyone had taken our order. After we received our drinks, we had to constantly flag him down whenever we needed anything. The venue itself is nice, and the concept is appealing, but the service definitely needs improvement.

The guys that makes the drink are horrible. Worse drink ever! Food no good. I do not recommend this place!

I mentioned to her that we had been waiting for quite a while, but instead of apologizing for the delay in service, there was no acknowledgment of the issue at all. The lack of attention from the staff was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning. I do appreciate the renovations you’ve made to the place; it looks nice, but the service I experienced was unacceptable. Particularly the female staff member that night had a very bad attitude that overshadowed our visit.

The worst burger I have ever ate in my life. I came here because one of the reviews said something like “a burger to die for.” Well it actually tasted like a hotdog. I don’t understand. They have a special on Wednesday $0.99 for a burger I wish I went on Wednesday because it’s not even worth $1. I ordered mozzarella sticks the marinara sauce was cold. The sticks were average at best. Only thing good was the fries but kind of hard to mess up fresh cut fries. Better off at Hardee’s next door or McDonald’s to be honest. Owner needs to do something about their hotdog burger.
